Food Information Regulations EU1169/2011 (FIR Regs)
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) in conjunction with DEFRA are introducing new allergen labelling laws which will come into effect in December 2014.
These new regulations affect all foodservice organisations serving unpackaged food, or food that is packaged on site for immediate consumption. Establishments will be required to provide details of all possible allergens that are contained within the menu items being served. The details of the recognised Allergens must be marked in a clearly visible place so that employees of the establishment can
provide correct information to consumers.

Mainland UK is as defined by our courier at time of order.
Orders are normally despatched on a 2 day delivery schedule, or sooner, subject to orders being received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm on any working day will be despatched on the next working day. Orders received at weekends will be despatched on the next working day.
Express UK Delivery can be requested. orders placed before 1PM, subject to stock, will be desptached for next day delivery. Express Delivery is subject to a £9.95 Charge
If an item you order is not in stock, we will place the product on back order for you and you will be informed of delivery timings. We regret that the online store does not show 'real time' stock availability. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will issue an immediate refund.
