Delivery Costs
We have FREE Delivery for all orders over £50 placed for delivery within mainland UK. Orders under £50 have a nominal delivery charge of £5.95

Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally despatched on a 2 day delivery schedule, or sooner, subject to orders being received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm on any working day will be despatched on the next working day. Orders received at weekends will be despatched on the next working day.
Express UK Delivery can be requested. orders placed before 1PM, subject to stock, will be desptached for next day delivery. Express Delivery is subject to a £9.95 Charge
Back Orders
If an item you order is not in stock, we will place the product on back order for you and you will be informed of delivery timings. We regret that the online store does not show 'real time' stock availability. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will issue an immediate refund.

Returns Policy
We operate a No-quibbles guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
